Andy was great through the whole process.
You need to work on your communication skills. We had to work to get any information back on what was needed to be done. We went through 4 Fridays in arrow where I received a phone call or an email of need of a document.I asked over again why every Friday. The day of the closing I received two calls one about insurance one about verification of employment, one hour before closing.
