Overall, the experience with VU was positive. The corporate website requires a verification code to gain access to a user's account. The directions say that the code can be sent via text or voice. I tried many times, but the voice option does not work. As a result, I could not access my account to review and sign documents. This was inconvenient for me, and added work to local and corporate staff. When I did not sign documents within 3 days, VU had to send me everything in hard copy. Of course, this meant a lot of papers plus postage. Recommend the voice option be fixed, or not offered if it will not really be an option for users.
I don't usually do reviews but I must say my experience was the one call BEST EVER, Dylan, Paul and Mike did an outstanding job, I never in my wildest dream thought this would have been possible until that first phone call with Dylan, within two minutes I had A HUGE SMILE ON MY FACE based on what Dylan was telling me.
