Space is not sufficient to detail my frustration over the entire mortgage approval process. Your firm is fine with initial approvals. Where it sorely needs improvement is in the underwriter approval process and status communication. Either the underwriters are less than competent or very overloaded. Either way the responsiveness was less than acceptable.
