My experience with the staff was very positive. They were able to answer all my questions in a timely manner and provided guidance when possible.
This was my first home, and I was very anxious. Steve and the gang at VU were well organized and knowledgeable; these attributes put my mind at ease and made the whole process more manageable. I felt like they had my back from beginning to end.

Everything was smooth. Any paperwork needed I had on hand and faxes to them. Paperwork I had issues with I asked for help and they helped get it.
James and his team were absolutely amazing to work with. If I had any stress or worries they were there to help me out and put me at ease. They truly made this process as stress free and easy as possible. My uncle died 3 days before I was supposed to close, and they made it work with my schedule of having to deal with the news and family.
