I was blown away by the professionalism and amount of care that Veterans United loan team provided. Before I went to Veterans United, I was working with Navy Federal and the moment I had an issue/road block with my loan process that prevented me to buy the home immediately, I was immediately cut off and told that I was not eligible and come back when I am. However, Jay Christman (Loan Officer) took the time and looked into my case and explained the reason in full. A few months later after I fixed the issues I was able to closed on my home without any issues. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the outcome and I can't ask for more. Definitely 10/10 stars!
They all did a great job keeping us informed and calling frequently to give us important updates.
