The beginning of the process was good. Having two loan officers wasn’t ideal. The primary officer really did not meet our needs. It seemed as though she was newer which isn’t an issue but just tell us that and let us know. She would ask for documents we already submitted and wouldn’t answer us for a few.Someone or some system messed up and did not put the correct numbers in for closing and we were informed of an over $7k increase in our closing costs the day before closing. It was a disaster but Justin worked tirelessly to make up for it and ended well.This is my second time purchasing a home with VU the first time was super easy and smooth. This time was a bit harder and rougher but it all ended well in the end. Thanks to Justin I would recommend VU to other veterans.
