Initially I was applying through USAA, only because they advertise a lot about how they help Veterans. During that process I also applied through Veterans United Mortgage just to compare. I found that the customer service side was way more relaxed and much more down to earth with Veterans United. USAA was reading a script every time I called, and needed to tell me they were recording before they’d even talk to me.
I had a very responsive team and excellent experience with Jacob and Mirza from United Veterans Mortgage Company. I would 100% recommend United Veterans Mortgage to anyone in the market for a home, and especially if you’re a Veteran like me. **I don’t want to forget……they also assigned a concierge named Nicky, which must be automatic, and was a nice touch in case you had any questions or worries.
