There was a lot of undue stress with this process and hurricane Irma only complicated matters.
Ian and his team were just fantastic and just to begin, I rarely take the time to thoroughly leave a review, however this experience was just phenomenal! I spoke to 5 or 6 banks and mortgage companies for my VA loan before I stumbled across veterans united (VU) and I was pleased right out of the gate.
There was far too much paper work and forms to fill out. It should have been a simple process (we thought), but it was not. It took months to get an approval and our builder started to fine us $100.00 every day for a late approval! The house was finished. We seemed to have 3 loan specialists and duplicate forms to complete.
We didn't receive any papers with our signature.But we were still able to get our permit.God did it.Thank you,good job

Over all ok experience. Too many last minute documents needed by underwriters. Was told 2-3 days between closings ended up being 8 days without a home
