The website sometime can be difficult to maneuver though. As I I might log in with the same computer but I had to have a code sent to my phone to access the account.
The overall process was smooth up until closing. I felt that the ball was dropped on both ends (buyer of my house also used VU). Derrick was awesome. Very professional and easy to get ahold of. Thank you.

Good experience, would recommend. Using the VU secure site, was un-doable for us, and heard from realtor, for a few others, as well. We had to have all sent to us, as pdf's. Our town address was also incorrect, thru the first three rounds of paperwork. All in all, very good service, tho!
