Love that I didn't have to speak with an annoying automated system to direct my call. My loan officer was available most of the time at his extension, and when he wasn't he would return the call promptly.
I have a great first experience with VU. I was scared to buy a home but with VU, it was easy and I never felt like I was being robbed for my money.
