After I went through The Lighthouse program, which was very helpful, I was assigned to "the best and most experienced" loan officer, Don Neely. Don was very professional, walked me through this every step of the way, not just one time but EVERY time.
I had a horrible experience with this being my first time buying a home. my realtor and I sent several emails and phone calls to Elaina Rombach with no response in regards to the loan and documents she needed to ensure I would meet my closing date.

I can't rate it as a 10. At times it was very hard to get a hold of someone when we had questions about the process. At times we felt like we were stuck in the middle between the house developer and Veterans United.
