I was initially going to be charged $3000 for a loan origination fee by Veterans United, but luckily my awesome real estate agent stepped in and spoke to some folks at VU and they were kind enough to remove that charge for the loan.

The underwriters were not as quick and efficient as we think they should have been. My Speacialist was wonderful until the very end where phone calls stopped being returned and sometimes a sarcastic tone was given to is when asked for further clarification for ending procedures. We were also given incorrect final figures.
The complete staff from top to bottom was amazing.There is not one thing that could of gone any better than it did.
Tim Langdon was exceptional. He did more than I ever expected from a loan officer. I have already referred a family member, and will continue to send more his way. Thank you Tim !
