Tyler and Kayla OMG. This is a five star team. Their communication was outstanding. Both were extremely knowledgeable, all of my questions were answered. They made my experience with the refinancing almost too easy. They help me get my credit score where it should be to qualified for the refi. Actually with their guidance all of my credit scores have increased. Closing was breeze. After the 3 day waiting period, cash was received less than 48 hours.
The process of submitting forms, ect., Was extremely frustrating. The system to photograph a document worked for the first page only. If there was more than one, it wold not allow it. I sent numerous documents via ups scan and email which Kat said she never received even though we checked the address from her emails to me. The fax number did not work. Certified hard copy delivery was the most effective method. I needed more frequent feedback to weather an item was received as I went days and some weeks thinking Kat had what I sent only to discover later that she did not have it. I would guess that the loan was held up at least a month due to incomplete communication. I believe I should have been following up more often as well.
