I'd recommend you publish your VA mortgage rates, same as almost everyone else does. I almost skipped working with VU simply because your rates aren't published, so being naturally suspicious, I thought there's probably an unhappy reason you don't show that info (as well as others like funding fee, etc) until we're well into the process. So....bump up your transparency and I could rate you 11 on a 10-point scale.

Every thing went smoothly for the most part. I did get flustered over having to repeat sending forms that I had to provide several times to the loan officer and the underwriter.

While Tyler was lovely, communication with the underwriting staff was a bit frustrating. We left several voicemails that were never returned, emails were sent a day late, and generally the process was only smooth because Tyler went above and beyond. I recommend a messaging app to communicate with underwriting, I think it would expedite the work.
