After this experience I will never again purchase a property remotely. The ILS listing was totally exaggerated in quality descriptions, amenities, and condition of appliances. I’m sure if my Realtor representative would have visited the home on our behalf, we would not have purchased it. BUT, a lot of hard earned money was already laid on the table.
Everything was very straightforward! Communication with all parties was great! Very smooth process overall!
