I would recommend however, there are way to many hoops to jump thru. Many of them multiple times with the same information. The process needs to be streamlined. I understand the need to prevent fraud but what a pain.

I have been working with VUHL for the past 5 to 7 years and more aggressively searching these past two years. Qualifying was not our issue. As I said the process qualifying hadnt been our issue.
