Overall a great experience. Did not enjoy when I was passed off to a the Jack guy. Sense of arrogance and made me hate this process even more. When I asked questions, I was given the same instructions that were in the to do list word for word. Hope to never work with him again.
Just a great experience overall. While buying a home can sometimes be a tough experience, everyone made it super easy!
I rated a 10: very happy with JB, Jaclyn and Madeline (?) as my team. The process to finalize a VA line is daunting! The approval to qualify was pretty simple. The process to finally get across the finish line was almost too much!
Using my VA loan for the first time on buying my first home put a lot of questions in my head, but having the app I was able to have all my questions answered quickly.

Easiest financing done very professionally. All electronically and even as a senior citizen I was able to follow. Efficient and timely.
Having little knowledge concerning the home financing buying process, the first was a blur nearly 3 decades ago; But this one with Brian and his crew really educated me and my wide both.
