I just really want to say how wonderful it was working with our loan coordinator Amy Tesch! She was amazing, always got back with me right away, always happy and more than willing to answer any questions I had, and if she didn't know she went out of her way to find the answers. I truly believe that she deserves some recognition. I do not come across that kind of customer service often, she is the reason this process was not as stressful for me as it could have been. Everyone on the team was great to work with, but she was outstanding!

Excellent service
It was a good experience overall, but I feel like certain things could have been explained better and some unnecessary stress was involved due to errors along the way.
This has been a very pleasant process due to the wonderful Savannah VU office.
Jared and Brandi were really helpful in this process. It was long, sometimes confusing, and nerve wrecking but, we'll worth it.
Aaron Hayes and Jennica Gomez were outstanding and respectful through this entire process. They are honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and reliable. They say what they are going to do, and then they do it! I am so happy to have them and the rest of the team!

Everyone worked hard efficient and just got things done, took no time to close and get my family in a home. It was perfect.
The experience was good however the website in which was used to submit documents needs some work. I would recieve requests which I had to fulfill such as uploading financial documents. The "To Do" list should allow you to download the form they want you to fill out as well, not just upload them. This way your not scrambling through chain emails with your loan officer trying to find a certain documents to print out.
Everyone was very helpful throughout the entire process.
I have already recommendeda Tonya to a friend I have that is looking into buying his first home. I believe she will take great care of him!
