Lots of bureaucracy and verification needed which can be a pain. Make the loan officer scale on this survey out of 20. If it wasn't for her persistence I would've just not used veterans united.

Very professional and on the work
This was my first time purchasing a home using my Military Veteran Status, so I wasn't sure about some of the fees I was being charged. The Veterans Administration clearly states that veterans can purchase a home with no money down. My seller offered to pay up to $10,000 in any fees, and any other closing costs could be tacked on to my loan. The deposit placed on the home should have been fully returned, but wasn't.
