This process was very disorganized with a huge lack of communication
The entire process was amazingly simple. From the initial application, to getting a phone call ten minutes later, getting pre-approved, and uploading all the documents to a website that is actually user friendly as shit; it was easy and streamlined. If everything was as simple as this, the world would be a better place. If the military worked as efficiently as Veterans United, we wouldn't have wars because no one would f*ck with us.
Overall experience was very good. I had a unique situation being stationed overseas / deployed and was able to purchase a home for my family back in the U.S. The online features and ability to do basically everything through the website made it possible in my situation. The employees were extremely helpful and made everything happen when it was supposed to.
Overall the agents did well. However, it would seem best to request the client to acquire all paperwork on a timely manner. Some paperwork would be best to request from the client for an"just in case" situation so the client does not have to rush a week prior to closing.
