The staff went above and beyond to make sure all T's were crossed and every I was dotted .
We recommend having an up front CHECK LIST of the items/documents needed for closing so that there is ample time to secure and submit them. A last minute request for information caused our closing to be delayed a week and it cost us more money in the end.
A lot of information had to be submitted more than once even when correctly submitted. I don't believe this is fault of the loan officer, I believe the underwriting process is stressful to the buyer.
