I do appreciate how professional the loan officer I worked with remained during the preparation process. The completion of the closing was a little rocky but over all my expectations were met and I was able to purchase my new home and am very happy.

A sense of urgency was placed for me to get my documentation turned in a timely matter. When this was done I would experience days with no clarification as to the next step. The assistant would follow up in which case seemed unsure of his answers.
