Communication is very important especially to the veteran applicant. Never assume that they know what you're talking about and at times neither do other real estate agents. Always provide communication.
I have used Veterans United Home Loans for both of my home purchases. The second time around started off on the wrong foot. I don't think the loan officer that was assigned to us was a good fit. Eventually, we got switched to Jerry Landrey and it was an amazing experience. Jerry got our loan to the closing table in 26 days. Overall, I was very impressed and have already sent 3 people to Veterans United in the last 2 weeks.
