there was no information given to us about the next step along the process, I always had to ask for more info and was left in question throughout the process. I also was surprised with a few thousand extra due at closing that was overlooked somehow that had to do with the taxes on the property. this was very inconvenient. and hard to deal with as I let the team know I was several hours away from my bank. also had to provide the same documentation several times. the leader of the loan team steve was very helpful and professional but maybe not involved wiith his team enough. He always helped when I needed it but the rest of the team acted as if I didn't really matter. I will not recommend Veterans United to anyone else.
