My experience with Veterans United was gave me no stress at all. I had heard how terrible getting a home loan was but after working with VU I have changed my entire perspective on the process. Their website is very easy to navigate and I actually was able to complete most of it from my cell phone during breaks at work because of how movie and user friendly it was. The reviews of my documents were fast and every step was broken down so that I had no questions. I would and I am going to recommend VU to anyone who I know that is the market for a home.
We were cleared to close and then after all documents were signed Veterans united would not release the funds to the sellers because of a clerical rrror by Veterans United. By the time Veterans United resolved its issue it was too late to get the transaction recorded. As a result we have no house to stay in until Monday when this can be recorded. So I am completing in a Residence Inn which cost 290 per night because we have no place to go due an error made by veterans United.
This was the smoothest loan process I have experienced. All communications we're clear and timely.
