Our only issue was with the disconnect between the intelligence agency that I work with and veterans united. Due to the nature of my work, most of my information(including special pays) are protected and it was near impossible to get all of the documentation required by the lender.

As first time buyer they guided me all through out the process and even set me up to a great realtor.
Overall it was a good experience. We like the fact that it is a packaged deal and there are even services to help a client be able to bring up their credit scores to qualify for various loan options. We were referred by someone else that has been through the loan process with Veterans and It is nice to be able to take advantage of the credit given towards the appraisal for the purchase home is also a plus.
Marcus was always ready to answer any questions concerning our home loan process. And he was always very positive and friendly during every conversation. That was so helpful in a rather tedious process, like trying to find the right home.
