Smooth
I feel like all i had to do was apply and the team guide me by the hand through the process. Troy and his team were always prepared and provided great feedback and assistance to make me feel great with the process. He even came to me when i needed to get some paperwork taken care of. I wouldn't chose anyone else to handle my loan process and i will strongly recommend Veterans United Home Loans for whomever is eligible.
They were always available to answer any questions and address any issues I had or explain anything I had questions about.

The website was extremely helpful. It guided me along with my loan officer through each step. At each point there was a video to also help answer any questions you have and prepare you to the next step. My over all experience was outstanding!
Pretty smooth process worn exception of late paperwork and delayed closing. I also didn't receive info I advance about closing cost payment options.
I couldn't believe how how awesome everybody was. I felt bad for calling to ask questions but they always said don't worry about that's our job!! Also they thanked me more than 3 or 4 times for my service!
Your commitment to our vets shows in everything you do. The loan process from start to finish was handled professionally and effortlessly. Thanks!
This was the worst closing I have ever had the misfortune of undertaking. While some of it rested with my husband and I, the requirments from the underwriters kept changing and this loan was started in March and not scheduled to close orignially unitl June 6, 2017. It wasn't until the middle end of May when we were in the middle jof PCSing that requirments changed and there was concern about the loan and financing. Additionally, we could not get a solid answer on closing costs. The closing costs continued to change up until less than 24 hours prior to closing. This costs my husband and I a significant amount of stress not to mention and an unexpected additional $5000. This only adds to the stress of PCSing a family that is not living in a home surrounded by familiar belongings in a new city and state and trying to explain to four children why they do not have their stuff for an additional two- three weeks. We closed on our home four days later than expected but this caused us to lose our appointment for the delivery of household goods and therefore could not be scheduled until 19 June. We had much higher expectations from this company.
Outstanding
