Although we had several obstacles to overcome, Tory Tuttle was steadfast. Her mannerisms and dedication to complete the tasks were exemplary.She is truly gifted in this field and I would definitely recommend she and her team to family members and friends.
I have worked with this company twice and my agent has always assisted me with every question. No matter how stupid I thought it was. I enjoyed her the first time and glad she was there for me again. Even when I had other questions outside my loan she assisted me on writhed or not it was good or bad.
Bobby had all my questions answered in a timely manner and he was able to work with me whenever I needed it.
There was some hiccups at the end of the process but Ben and Kat responded and did what they could to make it happen in a timely manner.

Ryan Herman was our consult and he did a phenomenal job is helping us get our loan. He was easy to get a hold of, responded quickly, and helped us help ourselves in getting our loan. It was a tedious job at times but he really was steadfast in assisting us with all we needed to get our loan approved. We can't thank him enough!!
This was the worst experience in buying a home. Your organization left us homeless, cost us thousands of dollars out of our pocket in additional expenses, because of paperwork delays. We had to move all our belongings to storage, sleep on the floor in our apartment until we were homeless, and then pay for a hotel until our house was closed. We are still paying for a hotel today, since we now have to arrange delivery of our belongings that were put in storage. We have no refrigerator or bed at the house we purchased, and will not for 2 more days. For 2 veterans, 1 disabled and 1 is 68 years old, this was much more than we should have been subjected to physically and mentally! We are looking into pursuing legal action against your loan officer and company for what we went through. We would expect someone to reach out to us to discuss further before we pursue this option.
