My work situation was difficult during the time I was buying my families first home. It caused me to be unable to respond to emails and return phone calls as quickly as I would have liked to, some times days. The staff I worked with was ALWAYS understanding and very patient with me. Never did I feel rushed or as if they were directing any irritation or frustration towards me even though they had a good reason. Outstanding gentlemen, all of them.
