The entire process went very smooth. Having the ability to use the MyVu was great. It really helped when document were needed.
The network that Veterans United Home Loans has transferred the additional stress involved with buying a home from the buyer to their own group of contacts. They don't just help you receive funding; they help find the right real estate agent, the best insurance company, and any other support that is needed for a successful purchase.
As a first-time home buyer, I couldn't be happier. Bruce walked us through the entire process and made sure to explain everything in plain language.
Very helpful during stressful times.
Exceptional work. Very friendly staff and they work in a efficient and timely manner. Very happy to have chosen them for my first house purchase and looking forward to the future with them.

Heidi did a super job with us, at one point I lost faith but Heidi worked her magic. I would used her name any day to someone looking for someone from Veteran United. I feel as if I've me a friend at your company. Thank you Heidi for being there for me and Willie.
This is a very stressful process but Vertans United is dedicated to you and make this process easier. Their web site keeps you informed about the loan's process. You will receive emails from their website should they need any task completed. Amazing!
Only marked down because of Mike Mange - his team did a decent job of getting things together.
The service from all the team was professional and helpful.
Daniel did an outstanding job for me
Coordinated and quick.
Very helpful staff
Our case was special because we are currently living in South Korea and the time difference affected communication. The people involved did not seem to take this into consideration. There was no effort to improve it. We were notified that documents, monies, and signatures were due immediately. There was not sufficient notice. There was no checklist stating what was needed and when. Again, communication was a struggle. We are living on a small military base in a foreign country. We need MORE time to get things together. Office materials that they take for granted are hard to come by here. Everyone was aware of this from day one, but no one seemed to really care even though we were being charged $50.00 per day the house was past its close date. There was no rush to get things closed, there was no effort to improve communication, and there was no checklist with due dates for reference. We are Very unsatisfied with this whole process.

They did a great job getting us pre-approved with our situation we had. Once our offer was accepted and we were in limbo before closing, there could be a little more communication. That is my only suggestion - more communication.
