He was extremely friendly, patient, kind and very, very, very knowledgeable about houses. I never thought buying a house would be so easy! The lighthouse program they have, which is a program that helps you get your credit in line and credit score up to part in order to qualify to buy a house was Magnificent and a blessing also! They all did everything possible to help and make sure I was going to become a homeowner!
