VU made a lot of mistakes, many of which cost me money, some times money that I could never get back. I would not recommend VU to any other veterans, more over I would tell anyone looking for a home loan to specifically not use VU. Bad customer service and bad pricing.
This is my third time working with Veterans United. The app makes getting paperwork to the team very efficient and easy. You can sign your paperwork at a moment’s notice.
Veterans United definitely has the true interest of the Veteran at heart. They don’t give up on the process even if there are things that may prevent themselves. The guidance to help improve the buying process is outstanding. You’re not treated as just another mortgage loan, you’re treated like family. Finally when the loan is approved they’re just as excited as you are to be a home owner.

I was really expecting the prices of buying a home to be more time consuming. The To-Do list kept me focused and less overwhelmed. Each of the team members that I worked with were awesome people.
100% reccomend Veterans United to any veteran lost in the house hunting world. It seemed like I uploaded a million documents on the app so that was a drawback. But overall the experience was an outstanding experience.
