Everyone is very helpful. Some parts of the paperwork I did not understand at all. They replied very quickly breaking down the numbers and what everything meant. Overall, as long as you’re on top of checking your email the make the process very quick and efficient.

I just want to say thank you to the entire staff. I am not sure if this will make it to him but Dillon who was handling the ADT pitch was also fantastic, unfortunately due to the lay out of the house and only having satellite internet we decided to forgo the ADT system had that not been an issue I certainly would've purchased it through Dillon. Every single person I worked with genuinely seemed to care about me more than customer. I was skeptical at first as there is plenty of Veterans assistance programs that turn out to be scamish. Veterans United HL was simply the best possible choice, they made our dreams come true and I love to say this, the overall process was simply easy.
The entire team was very knowledgable and made the home buying process easy to understand and I will definetly recommend them to anybody I know looking to buy a house!

We will never use anyone else for our home loans. Veterans united went above and beyond what we were expecting. The advice they offered, the recommendations, the detailed step-by-step process and communication was unmatched. We were a little weary about the home-buying process after our first experience with a different company years ago. however, we realize just how easy it is with veterans United and the team we had. The biggest concern I had has nothing to do with Jermaine and his team. It is with the underwriters. Just when I thought I had everything uploaded, I would get another notice stating I need so and so. Then when I sent it, another notice stating I need so and so.Closing was delayed by 3 days which cost us $400 plus to stay at a hotel extra days.With all that said, the underwriters need to understand the client, then make sure the ask for all the documents needed instead, one document here, one document there, and so on.
