The first person we had contact with from Veterans United was James Miller. He was professional, answered our questions promptly and fully, and made us feel like valued clients. Afterward, when dealing with our loan officer, our experience was not as good in terms of feeling comfortable that we knew what was going on, and feeling that proper attention was being given to our file.
