The whole process was smooth and painless.
My only complaint about the process is that there were two people working on the loan and they didn't always seem to know what the other one was doing or had done. I received several requests for information which I had already sent. This led to miscommunication and I think it slowed down the process. However, overall I was very pleased with the friendliness and support of the Veterans United team.

The My Veterans United website was a great resource for learning about the loan process. My loan documents were available for me to look at any time. As a first time home buyer, I found the tutorial videos on the site to be extremely helpful as well.
