This was my 2nd loan closing with VU. My 1st loan officer Billy Watkins was the absolute worst person I've ever worked with, so I switched to Navy Fed for my next mortgage. I seen Mr Watkins was no longer covering my area so I decided to give VU another chance. I'm glad I did, Ross and Rachel were the best.
Everyone i had interaction with was top notch. Wonderful team. They even sent a small gift box with dog treats and a ball in it for my fur buddy Luke. Class act all the way.
