I cannot say enough about Stephen and his team. I went into this home buying experience absolutely DREADING it. I had tried to buy a home around January/February time frame and the experience was DREADFUL! I had a realtor who wouldn't listen and didn't care, I had a team that wasn't involved or attentive. I was being pushed to purchase in an area I didn't want to be in and with a builder I didn't want to use. Overall, I can say I HATED my first experience and just thought that "This is what buying a home is". Stephen and his team took that experience, wiped it off the board, and showed that whether buying your starter home or your dream home, your team should be there for you, help you, guide you, support you, and most of all make it FUN and Enjoyable. I won't repeat my comments above, but this team's attention to detail and customer care is OFF THE CHARTS! If I downsize in the future I hope this is the team I get to work with!!! The UV representatives took that in stride and made it possible for me to move forward. I’m grateful that my situation was handled with dignity and respect and I am now a homeowner for the first time. I’m grateful for the opportunity to have worked with this team of professionals.
Veterans united has very competitive rates i worked with three lenders before veterans united.VU always gave me the best rate and if not matched with more incentives. Forsure consider other lenders but always call VI when you think you have a better rate they will match the energy and if not surpass it. One thing read about the home buying process to make informed questions VU representatives answer them as they are asked.
