Since there was a delay in closing from underwriting I was homeless and had to live in hotel for 5 days. Wish someone would have helped pay the bill. Cause it was not my fault.

The reputation of VU around the Camp Lejeune area was not great according to few realtors but Shawnee was able to squash all those rumors and had complete control of my case. She had full lines of communication with my realtor and kept everyone engaged towards accomplishing the closing.
