Adam Gates was outstanding. The first house that we had a contract on fell through at the last moment and my family had to struggle to have a place to live. Mr. Gates stayed on top of the loan process and we were able to close on the next house quickly and with little issue.

Our loan officer was very helpful and always available to answer questions. The staff worked quickly and efficiently to secure our loan. We're moving in now and couldn't be happier!
There were a lot of problems throughout the process. In the beginning everything was smooth and then as it was getting to closing things started falling apart. VU was not responsive to questions and calls were not returned. Closing was moved twice and almost a third time due to errors at VU. As it was did not receive my check until a Monday when closing was on Friday/
