Lots of miscommunications and poor communication between your team and me and my wife. The process was dragged out additional weeks by not requesting everything at once or being unclear causing our loan to close after the election and the interest rate hike. Very disappointing. Additionally, we were asked for our trust documentation and provided the requested portion. Then when that was insufficient we were asked for the full trust costing us nearly 300 dollars in lawyer time for a letter that was apparently unneeded given we provided our entire trust. After providing the trust documents and an extra week being added to our refinance we were provided the wrong documents to sign with notary present and are now signing the documents for a second time.
