Everyone was great from the initial phone call to the close. We had a few snags and they were on top of it to make sure we closed on time.
vu Is a pretty good company, they just got to improve there efficiency. Too much redundancy going on. Also they need to be able to explain certain cost breakdowns and fees with there clients.

I only had one bad experience and it was with the first lender, Billy Watkins. However, Cindy was so great to work with that it more than made up for it!
