The worst communication and experience of my life. The lender Luke Thurman made a 5k error in closing costs that almost ended in us losing the home. After our lawyer had him correct it. We never even received an apology. Worst is, he never admitted his mistake until our lawyer became involved. What a rip off and completely unprofessional.
