I have been extremely pleased with Aimee Halls service. Very professional, courteous, responds right away, and most important, caring.
Overall, I give VU the highest rating. However, the process in our case did take 2 months. The VA did not meet its deadline for the appraisal. VU did not tell us that the certificate of eligibility expires after 18 months or that your commute is factored into the debt to income ratio. Overall, VU still earned a 10 but there is always room for improvement. There are always minor issues that come up during the home buying process that can become major issues and VU should do a better job of explaining what they are so that they do not slow down the process.
They were willing to work with us when no one else was. They worked to get our loan approved dispute our special circumstances.
