I would want them to let the buyer know about the extra charge that they charge on top of the loan . Because it can effect your bottom line .

I just didn't care too much for the realtor I was assigned. She was always in a hurry and often unavailable. She also seemed to be more on the seller's side, who paid for the closing costs)

VU made the process very easy. Although we had to provide duplicate information in some instances, this seems to be pretty standard in the home-buying process and didn't particularly bother us. It was nice to find out that VU mortgages about 70% of the loans that are processed through them, too. Thanks for making our first time purchase smooth and for accommodating our seller's short window for closing!!!
