Veteran's United definitely makes the process easy, and was very supportive. My only complaint is that I was delayed to close slightly because the lender didn't send the escrow company the right amount of funds at first.
FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!
When Tory was on Maternity leave the VU Staff was on it and very helpful. Thanks Cheryl and Nani!
Very easy process
It was wonderful
Amazingly smooth experience you are an awesome team
The loan specialist that help me with my loan was very helpful ..They was real kind and professional with my loan.
Started off great! When we got to appraisal time everything went downhill. No communication with us or our realtor, not returning calls or emails, asking us to send items over and over again. Very disorganized! Even our closing got delayed and then on closing day that got our name incorrect on the paperwork!
Nice staff.
Ryan was great in keeping in touch and allowing time for the documents to be sent in
This was a great experience during the refi process

Experience first-hand why 366,268 homeowners give us a perfect score!
I had some unfavorable dealing why my last mortgage company CHASE I felt like they were very veteran unfriendly, so I was skeptical until dealing with Veterans United.
I was not sure I wanted to handle something as complex as a home loan with an online lender, but from the initial call to dealing with a couple of last minute issues the day of closing, the entire process was organized, efficient and professionally handled. I cannot think of a single step along the way that I would have wanted handled any differently than it was. I work in a larger corporate office and there are several veterans employed (actually the business has a veteran's group) here and I would not hesitate to recommend they look at Veteran's United for their mortgage needs.
Outstanding!!
Easy to Apply with quick feed back
More honestly I would neither recommend or not recommend Veteran United to my friends and Family.I wish we had taken Veterans United advice to use a VA approved realtor. I'm sure our experience would have been much better. I am not sure where the disconnect is, again I believe it was our realtor but, apparently she called VUHL's to get an amount of closing costs to include in our contract. VUHL gave me a number of $7200 and she said they told her $3900... so we ended up paying $1980 at closing we were never told about until the day of our closing... made closing confusing and stressful rather than exciting because Andrew blamed Debbie and vis versa. Like I said I wouldn't -not recommend VUHL but I wouldn't necessarily recommend them based on our experience either.
