Overall the process is confusing and frustrating but at the end of thel long journey it is worth it.
As many military will be, we are very proactive and hate being reactive. Overall I had a great experience with VU though at times I was upset I was calling and finding things were on hold for this or that that with a quick phone call I was able to get handled right away
The staff are pretty helpful and the service are grate.
