Josh Stack was very professional as well as instrumental with assisting me with buying my first home.
I would recommend Veterans United Home Loans to friends/family but I personally felt the communication could have been more frequent. It could just be that I'm not that knowledgeable about the home-buying process but I felt the weeks of no communication was highly nerve-racking.
The initial loan officer I worked with had very minimal contact with me. He started paperwork for the wrong loan, not knowing that I wanted to refinance to a 15 year and to add my husband. I asked to be switched to someone else so Aaron Boner stepped in and helped and then that loan officer quit any way. Aaron was good at communicating. Then I had Jody assigned but by that time most of the work was done so Jody just called to set up closing and let me know when it was going to happen. This has not been my previous experience with Veteran's United, I suppose that original loan officer was just a fluke.
Absolutely helpful in using my VA loan!
The only recommendations would be to have a clearer line of communication between everyone consistently to ensure all info is gained at the correct time and everyone is on the same page.
