Jeff Gilkerson stayed with us as our loan officer for six months or more until we’d got our financing issues in order. He didn’t give up on me or my family, checked in constantly, and offered a friendly ear because buying a home is such a stressful process. We would talk for 30-45 minutes and Jeff never rushed me off the phone and it showed me him and his team truly cared about our efforts to get into the right home for me and my family.
