I honestly felt like everything was set up to make it easier for me to complete this whole process.
I found that at times we were asked to take actions at "the last minute", i.e. not giving us much time to take the actions, e.g. the realtor had to send an e-mail to the effect that further delays could result in the seller dropping out of the process. Our initial rep referred to us by the loan officer, was less than acceptable, as she seemed at times to be trying to push her agenda to get a sale, at our expense.
Dont use equifax to validate facts with a three way call. I thought my accounts had been hacked. If i had known it was coming it would have been better

I was always informed of what I needed to do prior toclosing. Communication was there in the event any questions needed to be answered. It would be nice to have a lower interest rate but sometimes this is out of our control.
