I had heard from a couple friends that they had a horrible experience buying a home through Veterans United. That was completely not the case for me and my wife! We were given an amazing agent (Jon Lucas, including his staff) and he gave us an outstanding realtor (Greg Chaplain). All had our best interests at heart and made the process absolutely wonderful and stress free! Our friend just bought a home using a VA loan through another company, had serious problems, and did not get the best deal. I cannot speak for anyone else but my experience was very pleasant and we will most definitely use Veterans United again! I highly recommend the team we were given because the are the ones that made the experience so great! It's all about the people in an organization that make it good or bad, and the people we worked with are your gems!
