Absolutely the worst experience ever. We also did not get reimbursed for a second pest inspection, we had to get redone because it took to long to get a closing date. Four months is what it took them to finally get everything together.

i was very pleased when process was slowed down due to a processing or information verification flow was interrupted and the team was very prompt and expeditious in correcting or fixing what ever was hindering the process .I was also very satisfied with the tenacity that was used to keep me informed at all times.

The process was quick and easy. The team stayed in touch with me and responded quickly. This was my first time buying a house, and they made it relatively stress-free. I also did my part and sent in everything they needed as fast as possible. The tutorial videos were helpful I got a good idea of the process watching them. I would recommend Doug and his team due to they helped explain different things and pointed me in the right direction for the price range I can manage. I loved it and they didn't push me into anything or rush me into making any decisions I was and am comfortable with this decision. I am very grateful I was working with them and my realtor Mandy Gulley was excellent.
