The staff is awesome. Explained things we needed help understandingz,Re-financing, we were told more than one time we would have NO cost to us. Of course, there were costs folded into the loan, I hear from my husband. NOT what I thought after talking to VU. However, in two years, those costs will he paid for by what we will save per month. So....

ME!BEING AN FIRST TIME HOME BUYER FOUND THIS TRANSACTION SOMEWHAT STRESSFULL AND AT TIMES DIFFICULT IAM DISABLED AND NOT TECHNICALLY KNOWLEDGABLE UNTO BUYING AND FOUND MYSELF HOPELESSLY CONFUSED UNTIL USEING SOME OLD MILITARY TACTICS AND VETERAN UNITED ADRESSED MY NEEDS WITH AN REPRESENTIVE AND FELLOW SERVICE MEMBER WHO WAS MORE TOLORRABLE THAT MADE THE TRANSACTION SMOOTHER ALTHOUGH I DEEPLY RESPECT AND APPRECIATE ALL OF YOU AND YOUR PATIENTS WITH ME! Ben and Kat did a great job dealing with the fact the seller and I did not have restate agents, significant time zone issues and my overall availability. I felt we needed a better detailed list of what was needed and approximate time frames and I did not agree with anyone needing or wanting to know who would be in the home.

Dmitry, Grant and the VU team in Colorado Springs were awesome. The office was very professional but had warmth and felt welcoming with no tension. All the employees were energetic and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Between Dmitry and Grant all the document signing and prep work for the loan was quick and effortless.
Prequalifying was quick, loan officers kept in touch often returning e-mails within minutes! Closing costs etc. we're estimated accurately.
I had some a problem communicating with a real estate agent. I didn't want to cause a problem but when given the opportunity, because Ryan called to check on my progress I advised him of the problem. Ryan immediately replaced the agent solving my problem. I again needed Ryan's help when I decided to change the area I wanted to live in. Rayan was most obliging again. It was comforting to know Management had the time to check up on a new customer.
