I ask that the Veterans are notified when the rates drop so they can lower their payments. Many are ill and need that break. In addition, the Veteran should be offered the option of receiving their escrow or not and not charged to refinance their loan if they qualify. Also not all realtors are vetted and we got a dishonest realtor....and sold a money pit ! These are my only concerns about Veterans United.

1) 30 days prior to closing i had a bunch of paper to sign with explaining what are those and some I had to sign again and again2) i told VU i am deploying by a certain day so we can close on a certain to have time to move before deploying, but as if I said nothing and start giving me dates whenever they wanted but luckily my deployment got delayed a week.
Dj was very helpful, patient, answerd all our questions and a blessing to our family.
