I had never heard about Veterans United. What a great experience working with the entire team (lending officer, Real Estate Agent, VU portal. Was especially helpful having everything in one spot to track To'-Dos and progress.
Recommended improvement area - towards the end, there seemed to be lack of coordinated efforts regarding status of closing. I'm not sure where the disconnect was. I didn't receive final closing $$ and instructions until late afternoon the day before the closing. Was in a real time crunch to get to the bank to obtain a Cashier's Check. Probably a simple disconnect. Other than that - it was a great expereince and will be recommending Veterans United to other Veterans! thank you.
