I think for this process it might have been easier to go with a local firm that I can call or talk to face to face. I had a hard time getting my phone calls and emails returned and there wasn't much personal explanation of the process.

I appreciate veterans united, and you all helped me a tight spot and I can't thank you enough. The thing is that I felt like i was a bother to deal with. My loan speacialist was rude and condescending at times and great other times.I know I called a lot but I was worried. The fact that you all stepped up and took care of me almost shifted me but again my loan specialist ruined that. I called at closing and when he answered he stated " I have about 40 emails to go through what's up" the sale was done so I'm a bother. we'll thank you again for you help, I'm sure my experience was one in million but it's sucks when a bipolar person on the phone handling you account.
