Don't reply to emails in a timely manner.
As a new homebuyer, I feel like my experience was okay. I felt like I wasn't given a heads up as to what to expect and what's needed throughout the process. Some do's/don't were mentioned, but other important things were left out like what inspections are required and the cost, what you may expect to have to pay at closing cost, what form of payment is required, etc...
