Overall the whole process was easy and upfront
The process went smoothly until we changed the home search location from Tennessee to Mississppi. Afterward we were notified to have Mississipp realtor. Once we found our home & began the loan process we was advised we needed a licensed ,Mississippi loan processor. Who forgot that important process information ?
I worked with Bryant Chambly most of the time but Derek was also very helpful anytime I needed it!
Collin and Lauren were extremely professional and pleasant throughout the entire loan process. Collin was very resourceful and available for all questions. Lauren responded and gather all our documents quickly. She provided detail instructions and had every organized. Lauren pushed to the very end of our loan to getting it approved. Lauren is such a sweet person. There teamwork was awesome!
The only constructive feedback I have is that communication was sometimes not always consistent from the initial point of contact at the office. We sometimes got different information from the different receptionist but then got the correct information when speaking to Renee. Overall the experience was still great and everyone was a pleasure to deal with despite the setbacks that happened, everyone at this office had our best interest in mind and we would do business with Veterans United again.
