Very down to earth making sure that if you don't understand it the will explain it until you do. Plus they were very helpful through the entire process.
The process was very inefficient - almost constant requests for more forms which I had to pay to fax instead of providing a list of all the information which would be required. Then on the last day when we were scheduled to close at 10 AM another form was required which delayed the start of the closing process until 5:30 PM. We should have paid a little more interest and gone to a local bank!

I never thought i would own my own home, i started to fill out a application but when i was asked for very personal info i deleted and got out. the next day Mr Hayden Grant called me and started talking to me. He is a very smooth talker for he got me to proceed and give the info needed. My wife was surprised i"m the hang up kind of person. But now i am living the dream me and my wife will always remember this great man we are so thankful.
